Mobility and movement has become one of my passions. Helping athletes reach their goals and obtain a more balanced approach to strengthening and conditioning has been my reward.

My practice involves constantly looking for new ways to challenge myself by getting out of my comfort zone.  Teaching in French has allowed me to broaden my community and has opened doors as one of the rare bilingual teachers in the region.

Within a week of finishing my teacher training, I had a full time schedule teaching various styles such as Hatha, Power, Flow, Yin and Meditation classes.



Lululemon Ambassador for Rideau Centre Ottawa: Philippe is invited yearly to teach on Parliament Hill for 1000+ participants.  He also is one of the few bilingual teachers in the region and is often asked to lead French and bilingual classes/meditation at various community events such as #EnFrançaisSVP & #PHY.  


The Future of Health Care


Philippe participates in programs such as Mind the Heart with the Montfort Hospital and Wellness Week at the University of Ottawa  to promote Meditation and Yoga and its effects on health and wellness.
